Refund policy

No refunds on challenges

Your account opens as soon as your payment is confirmed, and from then the challenge is yours. Its fee is not refunded:

• once you have bought it, whether or not you trade;
• when you pass a phase, or pass the evaluation and are funded;
• when an account ends because it broke a loss limit;
• when we close an account for fraud, a breach of our terms or a failed identity check, or because you asked us to.

Until you pay, nothing is charged: an unpaid order simply expires after 24 hours.

Your right to cancel

UK law gives consumers 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content, but that right ends once you start using it. A challenge opens the moment you pay, so at checkout we ask you to confirm that you want your account to open straight away, and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once it does.

This does not affect your other legal rights. If something we provide is not as described, tell us and we will put it right, or refund you where the law says we must.

Payments we return

These are not refunds of a challenge: they are payments that did not buy one.

• We could not open your account, or we declined your order before it opened.
• You paid after your order expired, or paid less than the price, and you would rather have your money back than complete the order.
• You paid twice for the same order: we return the second payment.
• You paid more than the price: we return the difference.

How we return a payment

Within 14 days of agreeing it, to a wallet address you give us, in the coin you paid with, for the amount we received, less the network fee for sending it. Please check the address and network carefully: money sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered.

Reversed payments

If a payment is refunded or reversed, every account opened from it closes, as our rules describe.
